Digital Marketing, SEO & Advertising Results Disclaimer
1. Purpose of This Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains important limitations that apply to digital marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media, content, email marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization services. Marketing activity involves uncertainty. Past performance, industry averages, forecasts, estimates, examples, or recommendations do not establish a promise of future results.
2. No Ranking Guarantee
Search engine optimization cannot guarantee a particular ranking, first-page position, featured snippet, indexing decision, crawl frequency, traffic level, or continued visibility. Search engines control their own algorithms, indexing systems, quality standards, manual actions, spam policies, personalization, local factors, and product features. Rankings can change without notice even when accepted optimization practices are used.
3. No Traffic or Lead Guarantee
Traffic depends on search demand, competition, brand awareness, content quality, seasonality, technical performance, external links, advertising activity, market conditions, and other factors. Increased traffic does not necessarily produce enquiries, qualified leads, customers, or revenue. A smaller amount of relevant traffic can also be more valuable than a larger amount of low-intent traffic.
4. Paid Advertising
Paid advertising performance depends on budget, bid competition, targeting, creative quality, offer strength, landing page experience, account history, conversion tracking, market demand, platform policies, and auction conditions. We do not guarantee ad approval, impression volume, click volume, cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or revenue. Advertising media spend is separate from the management fee.
5. Social Media
Social networks control organic reach, feed ranking, moderation, account status, content formats, audience distribution, and platform features. We do not guarantee follower growth, views, shares, engagement rate, reach, virality, direct messages, enquiries, or sales. Content performance can vary significantly between posts and time periods.
6. Content Marketing
Content can support awareness, search visibility, education, and conversion, but publication alone does not guarantee audience growth or business results. The client remains responsible for factual product or service claims, regulated statements, pricing, warranties, professional claims, and other business-specific representations unless a written engagement expressly assigns a review responsibility to another qualified party.
7. Email Marketing
Email deliverability depends on list quality, consent, sender reputation, domain configuration, message content, mailbox provider filtering, spam complaints, engagement, sending frequency, and the email service provider. We do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, click rates, replies, conversions, or revenue. Compliance responsibilities are addressed further in the Email Marketing & Anti-Spam Policy.
8. Analytics and Attribution
Analytics data is an estimate generated by technical systems and can be incomplete or inconsistent. Cookie restrictions, consent choices, ad blockers, cross-device behavior, browser privacy features, tracking configuration, offline transactions, platform attribution windows, and reporting delays can cause different systems to report different numbers. We do not represent that a single analytics source captures every interaction or sale.
9. Conversion Optimization
Conversion rate optimization recommendations are intended to identify potential improvements to user flow, clarity, calls to action, page structure, or related factors. A recommendation does not guarantee an increase in conversion rate, enquiries, purchases, or revenue. Results depend on traffic quality, offer strength, pricing, market conditions, website implementation, testing discipline, and other variables.
10. Forecasts and Projections
Any forecast, scenario, budget estimate, keyword volume estimate, expected range, or projected outcome is informational and based on assumptions available at the time. Actual results may differ materially. Clients should make business and financial decisions using their own judgment and, when appropriate, qualified financial, legal, or industry advisors.
11. Platform Changes
Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, email providers, and analytics tools can change features, policies, fees, algorithms, attribution, APIs, and account requirements at any time. These changes can affect a strategy or campaign after work has started and may require revised recommendations or additional work.
12. Client Decisions
The client controls its business offer, pricing, sales process, inventory, customer service, legal compliance, fulfillment, and final implementation decisions. Marketing services cannot compensate for every operational or commercial issue. The client remains responsible for determining whether a marketing activity is appropriate for its business.
